Growing up in a household filled with bakers, chefs, nutritionists, and scientists, my passion for the culinary arts was ingrained in my very being. Upon graduating from high school, I embarked on a journey to refine my skills apprenticing as a pastry chef, focusing on crafting exquisite wedding cakes, unconventional pastries, and delectable cookies. 

However, my thirst for knowledge pushed me to explore beyond baking. I delved into product design and engineering to blend my creativity with practicality working in the automotive world designing cars. In my pursuit of excellence, I dedicated myself to acquiring further education in food science and safety science, broadening my understanding of the intricate nuances behind taste and texture. 

In this synergy, my true specialty emerged: a harmonious fusion of science, design, and baking. I embarked on a mission to unravel the secrets behind these decadent creations. Combining my profound knowledge of scientific principles with my adept baking skills, I began to create culinary masterpieces that transcended traditional boundaries. 

For me, baking is not merely mixing ingredients but a profound exploration of flavors, textures, and the essence of delight.
